Each client is required to confirm their appointment. Clients will receive an automated text message 24 hours prior to the appointment asking for a confirmation. Please be sure to reply to this message with “YES” or “NO” to keep desired appointment time.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for any appointments canceled within 24 hours before any appointment or no-show.
Please be courteous to other appointments, anyone 15 minutes late or more will have their appointment canceled and will be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out New Client Paperwork.
Children are not allowed in the working area and should be supervised in the waiting area by an adult while services are being done. Your appointment may be canceled if prior arrangements have not been made for your child.
